Arthroscopic Distal Tibia Allograft

An arthroscopic distal tibia allograft is an advanced shoulder stabilization procedure used to treat significant bone loss of the glenoid (shoulder socket) associated with recurrent shoulder instability or failed previous stabilization surgery. Using donor bone from the distal tibia, the surgeon arthroscopically reconstructs the damaged socket to restore its shape, improve joint stability, and reduce the risk of future dislocations while preserving shoulder function.
